Development of crusher systems

Crushing systems have the mobility skills to fully mobile units in continuous operation permanently fixed units. Once installed in the pit, usually require a fixed crusher including a truck gradually increasing the long haul from the surface mines.

Crushing is done in-pit mainly to allow transport of the material out of the pit by a conveyor system. Therefore, the units will be used for primary crushing jaw gyratory crushers, cone crushers, hammer, impact, rock crusher and jaw crushers.

The term "mobile" has been used to describe any type of circuit breaker, which can be moved. The term became a generic and should be used when each breaker, one who is moving. The system (or parts of the system) is mounted on a frame, so that the entire unit by the riders or a carrier of a track system or mechanism of the foot can be moved or not be part of the mobile device itself an integral part crusher includes a hopper, feeder, crusher and discharge conveyor, plus all the necessary equipment and electrical system. The following terms are presented to distinguish the spectrum of mobility of mobile crusher systems in use.

In-pit crushers include mobile stone crusher, semimobile crusher, movable crusher, portable rock crusher, modular crusher, semifixed crusher.
